Here are some suggestions to think about when choosing a nutritious energy bar vs. a “sugar bar”:

Look for whole ingredients.

It  should have a maximum of 2 grams of saturated fat.

It should have at least 2 grams of fiber.

It should have 0 grams of trans fats.

It should not have added herbs, stimulants or sugar.
