I love this Dump Cake recipe because my family LOVED it when I was a kid. It’s so easy and extremely delicious!! It’s easy to fix for a gathering or a friend who’s had a baby.
What you’ll need:
- 21 oz. can cherry pie filling (I like the one that has no added sugar)
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread both fruits in the bottom of an ungreased 9″ x 13″ pan. Stir together the cake mix (dry) and the melted butter until it’s crumbly. Sprinkle it over the fruit. Bake 45-50 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm or cool. Delicious with vanilla ice cream on the side!
