Here are some suggestions to think about when choosing a nutritious energy bar vs. a “sugar bar”:

  1. Look for whole ingredients.

  2. It  should have a maximum of 2 grams of saturated fat.

  3. It should have at least 2 grams of fiber.

  4. It should have 0 grams of trans fats.

  5. It should not have added herbs, stimulants or sugar.
